Community Guidelines

DealsSpy works because real people share real deals. These guidelines keep the feed trustworthy and the community welcoming. They apply everywhere on the Service and form part of our Terms of Service.

1. Post real, useful deals

• Share deals that are genuinely good and currently available.
• Use accurate titles, prices and currency. Include the coupon code and any conditions.
• Mark a deal as expired (or comment) once it ends, so others aren't disappointed.
• Search first — if a deal already exists, upvote and comment instead of reposting.

2. No spam or manipulation

• No manufactured votes, fake "heat", sockpuppets, vote rings or bots.
• No repetitive posting, keyword stuffing, or misleading titles/prices.
• Disclose any affiliation. Undisclosed self-promotion and referral spam are not allowed.
• Do not attempt to game ranks, points or badges. We may reset gains from manipulation.

3. Respect privacy — no personal info

• Never post other people's personal or private information (doxxing).
• Don't share your own sensitive details (full card numbers, passwords, OTPs) in public posts.
• Keep referral/personal links out of deal bodies unless clearly disclosed and allowed.

4. Keep it lawful and civil

• No prohibited or restricted items: counterfeits, illegal downloads, weapons, drugs, recalled or unsafe goods, adult content, or anything that breaks the law of a user's country.
• No hate speech, harassment, threats, or personal attacks. Disagree with the deal, not the person.
• No content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.

5. Reporting and enforcement

See something off? Use the Report tool on any deal or comment, or the grievance form for formal takedowns. Our moderators review reports and may edit, remove, or reclassify content, and may warn, suspend or ban accounts. Serious or repeat violations can lead to a permanent ban. We aim to be fair and consistent, and to explain removals where practical.
