1. Who you are agreeing with

DealsSpy is published by the entity named below. Using the site means you accept these terms.

2. What this site is

DealsSpy is an editorial site about retail prices. We do not sell anything, we do not hold stock, and we are not a party to any purchase you make. Every purchase is between you and the merchant, on that merchant's terms.

Prices, availability and discount claims are accurate as of the moment each deal was published and can change without notice. Check the price on the merchant's own page before you buy.

3. Affiliate links

Some outbound links earn us a commission. That never changes what we publish or what you pay.

The full disclosure is on our Affiliate Disclosure page, and it is repeated on every page that carries a paying link.

4. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself, tell us if you think somebody else has it, and do not create an account on behalf of somebody who is not you.

We can suspend or close an account that is used to spam, to manipulate rankings or votes, to harass another member, or to post material that is not yours to post.

5. What you post

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store it, display it and distribute it as part of the site, including in an edited or excerpted form.

Do not post anything you do not have the right to post. Copyright complaints are handled through the process on our Copyright and DMCA page.

6. What we do not promise

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that a price is still available, that a merchant will honour it, or that any commentary on a price is correct. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a loss arising from a purchase you made after reading something here.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

7. Governing law and forum

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bikaner, India, which is the operator's place of business.

This does not remove protections you have under the consumer-protection, privacy and commercial-email law of the country you are in. Those apply to us because of who our readers are, whatever law governs this agreement, and we comply with them in full.

8. Changes

We can change these terms. The date at the top is when the text was last edited, and a material change is announced on the site before it takes effect.
