4. User-generated content and licence

You retain ownership of the deals, coupons, posts, comments and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you grant DealsSpy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display and distribute that content on and in connection with the Service. You confirm you have the rights needed to grant this licence and that your content does not violate any law or third-party right.

5. Moderation and removal

DealsSpy is a moderated community. We may, at our discretion and without notice, review, edit, refuse, remove, or reclassify any User Content, and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Deals are typically queued for moderation before publication. If you believe content should be removed, please use the in-page report tool or the grievance form.

6. Affiliate links

The Service contains affiliate links, and DealsSpy earns commissions on qualifying purchases made through them. This does not affect the price you pay. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. See the Affiliate Disclosure.

7. Third-party sites and offers

Deals link to third-party merchants. Prices, availability and offer terms are set by those merchants and can change or expire at any time. DealsSpy does not sell the products, is not a party to your transaction with a merchant, and is not responsible for their sites, content, or conduct. Always check the final price and terms on the merchant's site.

8. Points, ranks and rewards

Community points, reputation, ranks and badges have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted or reset where we detect manipulation or in the ordinary operation of the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that deals are accurate, current, or available, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example, in the UK, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
